Oil pipe head four-way:

1、 Oil pipe head structure

The tubing head is usually a large four-way valve with flanges at both ends, which is installed on the upper flange of the casing head to suspend the tubing string and seal the annular space between the tubing string and the reservoir casing. It consists of a four-way oil pipe head and an oil pipe hanger.

2、 Function of oil pipe head

1) Hanging wellbore tubing string;

2) The annular space for sealing oil pipes and casings;

3) Provide a transition for connecting the casing head to the production tree;

4) Complete casing injection and well flushing operations through the two side ports on the four-way body of the tubing head.

3、 Oil pipe hanger

The tubing hanger is a device that supports the tubing string and seals the annular space between the tubing and casing. The sealing method of the oil pipe hanger is to connect the oil pipe hanger with the oil pipe by using the gravity of the oil pipe to sit into the large four-way cone of the oil pipe hanger for sealing, which is easy to operate, fast and safe to change the wellhead, and is therefore widely used in medium and deep wells and conventional wells.

4、 Design features of four-way oil pipe head:

The bottom is designed with a BT type secondary sealing mechanism, which can be installed on site by cutting the casing to adapt to the height of the sealing device. The oil pipe hanger can be directly penetrated by the cable or the cable crossing rod can pass through the oil pipe hanger as a whole.
